Welcome to Red Earth Designs shop of delicate porcelain creations.
The majority of products in our shop are ready to purchase, if sold out we can make to order just for you and the production process starts once the order is placed and payment is cleared. Each listing gives an up-to-date estimate of the time required to make the object which is usually 2 weeks depending on our schedule. If you need your item sooner, please contact us before ordering. Many items are available to ship straight away, depending on stock levels.
Returns and exchanges.
If an item is damaged when it arrives at its destination, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage incurred to your item. We don't provide full refund for items damaged in transit but we offer replacement free of charge. Please note that any request made later than 48 hours & without a proof won’t be considered as a eligible request. Once you provide a proof that the item is damaged, we’ll offer you a replacement of the product you purchased and supply you a brand new item free of charge as soon as possible. Sorry, we don't provide refund for shipping cost and the buyer is responsible to cover the shipping of the replacement.
Payment
Red Earth Designs accepts payment through PayPal, the secure online payment system. If you like to pay using a credit card you may do so also at checkout. 
Delivery
All the items that we offer on our shop have been described as accurately as possible -with all dimensions, colours and materials used. As each item is individually handmade, carved and decorated they may not be exactly as pictured. As each piece is made to order there may also be a small variation in colour to the item pictured.

We hope all these steps make you happy with your purchase! But if for any reason you are not happy, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible to return it.

Due to our policy, we’ll refund you the cost of the item that you purchased but only after you return the item to us. Return shipping on refunds will be at the expense of the purchaser. Items should be returned in an unused condition in the original packaging. Also please ask for delivery confirmation as we can not be held responsible for loss in transit .
